Welcome to Blobs game page 😊

It's a game based on a really simple concept, your turret is in the middle and you shoot at enemies coming from all sides. It's played by the mouse only and requires no button inputs. It's available both for Windows and Linux, but also for mobile (and that's where we're going to release the game: Google Play Store 😎)

Origin story of Blobs:

Me and my friend thought of a challenge that we'll put 3 PLN (around .70 euro) on my savings account when we eat something really unhealthy (drink soda or eat sweets). We didn't have a goal for the money though, so we thought we'd make a game together and release it immediately when we reach the Google Play developer account price (25 USD, around 100 PLN).

The origin of the name "Blobs" is quite simple too, at first we wanted the enemies to be similar to slimes and we called them blobs when prototyping. Then we chose this simpler art style (because neither of us can paint) so the enemies are nowhere similar to blobs, but the name remained "Blobs".

After the release on Google Play we'll save money to a Steam release. We'll have way more time, and that means more progress 😎
